Ferguson Enterprises Donates Plumbing Supplies: Our thanks to Ferguson Enterprises for their donation of all plumbing fixtures for the new home build underway at 809 Valley Street in Minot. This generous donation makes Ferguson the exclusive plumbing fixture supplier for this home and is a tremendous help in Habitat's goal of constructing affordable
homes for our Partner Families. Ferguson is recognized in the industry as the largest distributor of plumbing supplies and pipes, valves, and fittings (PVF), as well as the third largest distributor of heating and cooling equipment (HVAC), the company is also focused on a number of specialty businesses - all grounded in a strong tradition of
providing the highest quality service to customers. |

New Home Build: Thanks to Al Bulow and ABC Construction Inc. for their help in getting the excavation started at 809 Valley Street in Minot; the new home build site. ABC Construction has also generously donated their labor costs for constructing the foundation and assisting with framing work. |

State Fair parade: Thanks to everyone who volunteered to participate in the 2008 NDSF parade on July 19th. This year's parade entry was a miniature framed house to emphasize Habitat and Coldwell Banker's dedication to home building in Minot. Volunteers walked along the parade route and gave
away nearly 30lbs of candy.

Affinity Federal Credit Union Community Day: Habitat will be participating to Affinity's Community Day on July 29th. Along with promoting Habitat for Humanity's work in the Minot community, volunteers will be selling baked goods to raise funds for our next home build. Volunteers are still needed for this event.
