                               Baked Steak

  2         Pounds  Round Steak -- about 1" thick
     1/4   Pound  Butter or Margarine
  1         Can  Mushrooms -- 4 oz, not drained
  1         Envelope  Dry Onion Soup Mix

Cut steak into serving size pieces and place in 9 x 13 pan. 
Spread butter on meat. Add mushrooms and sprinkle with soup. 
Cover pan with foil and seal. Bake about 2 hours at 325º.
