Beet Jelly

3 Cups Beet Juice *
2 Tablespoons Orange Juice
1 Box Sure-Jell
4 Cups Sugar
Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil, add sugar and boil hard for 6 minutes. Remove from
heat and add 1 box of strawberry jello, stir. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
*Cook beets in water until soft and juice is red. Beets may be pickled.
