2 1/2  Cups  Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1        Cup  Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/2  Cups  Walnuts -- chopped
2        Teaspoons  Rum Extract 
Melt Chocolate chips. Add milk. Remove from heat, then beat with mixer until smooth. 
Stir in rum extract and walnuts; then pour into waxed paper lined 7x3x2 inch loaf pan.
(I always used a 8x8 pan). refrigerate for 24 hours to mellow. Cut into 1/2 inch slices,
then half each slice lengthwise.
Store in airtight container. refrigerate
