Mexican Meat Loaf

2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 Dash pepper
1 Dash garlic powder
3 teaspoons chili powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup canned tomato
Combine meat, bread crumbs, onions, green pepper, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili
powder and eggs. Break tomatoes with a fork; add to meat mixture. Mix well. Turn into
9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake in oven 350º about 1 hour 15 minutes. Serves 10.
