                            Peach Custard Pie

  2         tablespoons  flour
  1         cup sugar
  2         eggs beaten
  4         fresh peaches -- peeled and sliced
  2         tablespoons  butter

Mix flour and sugar, add eggs and peaches, dot with butter. Pour into unbaked 
pie shell. Bake at 400º ­15 min. and 325º - 40 min.
