                          Rhubarb Pineapple Pie

  1 1/3   cups  sugar
     1/3   cup  flour
  1 1/2   tablespoons  butter
  3         cups  rhubarb -- sliced 1/2" thick
  1         cup  pineapple
  2         pastry crusts

Mix flour and sugar. Mix through fruits. Pour into pastry shell and dot with 
butter. Cover with second crust. Bake at 425º for 40-50 minutes.
