Swiss cheese chicken breast casserole 2 lb. chicken breasts (6-8 boneless, skinless breasts) 1 slice Swiss cheese per breast 1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 box Stove Top stuffing, chicken or turkey flavor 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted Place chicken in greased 9"x 13" baking pan. Lay one slice of Swiss cheese on each breast. Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream, then spread over chicken. Top chicken with the prepared stuffing and drizzle with butter. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. |
