Colossians 3: 12-17
WELCOME TO
WOMEN’S MINISTRIES
As the new year has begun, it is time to reflect and ask yourself if you grew in your walk with the Lord in 2007. I hope you have made some steps forward and not backwards in your walk. In 2008, may your desire be to reflect the Lord in your life. Women’s Ministries has some opportunities for you to do this. Please check out all that is available. We would like to have you join us.
Blessings, Esther Redington
Women’s Ministries Coordinator

Mark you calendar now for a “life changing” weekend planned just for you! Ask God to be bringing someone into your life, which you will be able to take with you!!!
April 4 - 5, 2008
Central Campus High School
Our speaker this year is Julie Ann Barnhill. Call her a 21st century Erma Bombeck with a pleasantly skewed twist! This "spunky, sassy, and thought provoking" speaker challenges her audiences to "fasten their seatbelts" as she dispenses the lone antidote for remaining sane amidst life's roller coaster ride of emotional, financial, physical, and spiritual ups and downs-the medicinal cure of guffaw-inducing, jaw-aching, my stomach muscles hurt so bad, laughter! Julie's passion for books and learning has helped her gift of public speaking and writing. Her quirky style, hilarious delivery, and authentic confessions of her own struggles and defeats have made her a highly popular National keynote, workshop leader, and media guest.
Julie has written numerous books, including: “She’s Gonna Blow! Real Help for Moms Dealing with Anger”, “Til Debt Do Us Part: Answers and Healing for Money Conflicts in Your Marriage”, “Scandalous Grace: Celebrate the Liberating and Tantalizing Realities of Divine Grace”, “Radical Forgiveness”, “Exquisite Hope”, “Motherhood: The Guilt That Keeps on Giving”, and her most recent book, “One Tough Mother”.

Activities of White Cross Circle
We have a time of sharing, caring, and fellowshipping together as we cut surgical squares and roll bandages. We also sew baby jackets, diapers, and blankets for the dear newborns in Cameroon – a gift to the new moms. We have updates on our missionaries and pray for their requests. We do have lunchtime too. Come and join us! All are welcome! If you are unable to come but would like to help sew some projects please call Jean McMartin – 839-5040.
